One of the most amazing things about yoga is that you are never too young or too old to start gaining the benefits of yoga practice.

Through yoga practice, you stretch the muscles and strengthen the core of the body, firming and toning the body as well as losing inches around the midline.

Yoga restores the body by gently guiding you to relaxation, relieving you of stress, and helping in the overall healing and restoration of the body.

By integrating breath work and movement you will gain a deeper sense of body awareness, focusing on core stability, neutral alignment, breathing and relaxation you will gain the many benefits of yoga. These include increased strength, greater flexibility, better balance and posture, and best of all increased confidence and relaxation in your every day life.
